Technical Center<\/h3>\n

The mission of our team of plastics processing<\/strong> experts is to bring solutions and advice to our customers.<\/p>\n

This may happen during mold or polymer trials in our Technical Center<\/strong>, but also on international fairs or at customer\u2019s factory.<\/p>\n

The required profiles are advanced technicians<\/strong> and engineers specialized in polymer processing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Design department<\/h3>\n
\n

Machine ranges and control system are entirely designed <\/strong>and developed<\/strong> within our engineering departments<\/strong> at Billion headquarters.<\/p>\n

Mechanical engineering<\/strong>, hydraulics<\/strong>, electronics<\/strong> or industrial data processing<\/strong> are some of the required skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Production Department<\/h3>\n

For manufacturing injection molding machines and related control systems, a large variety of skills is required in our production department: electrotechnicians<\/strong>, mechanics<\/strong>, turners<\/strong>, millers<\/strong>, painters <\/strong>and maintenance engineers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

All these jobs are based in our headquarters of Bellignat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The sales department is composed of a dedicated team settled in France and in Billion\u2019s subsidiaries, completed with a wide network of international representatives worldwide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Machine starting-up, as well as preventive<\/strong> and curative maintenance<\/strong> at our customer\u2019s premises are carried out by our service engineers<\/strong>, in France and abroad.<\/p>\n

Their knowledge in the fields of electronics, mechanics and hydraulics is regularly consolidated <\/strong>thanks to special training sessions on Billion products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
