This international event will give Billion the opportunity to present a twin-shot application on SELECT 200 T. all-electric machine. 01. SIMPLE COMPRESSION / DEGASING

Process

Simple injection compression is a programming tool allowing the user to parameter a compression step. The chosen gap between the two mould halves is settled through stroke or time. A settled point on the injection screw stroke launches the mould compression phase.

It is also possible to parameter up to three degasing cycles in order to eliminate the gas stuck in the cavity through a partial opening of the mould.
