This international event will give Billion the opportunity to present a twin-shot application on SELECT 200 T. all-electric machine. Billion presented on the FIP exhibition a medical application with multi-injection process on a SELECT all-electric 150 Tonne injection molding machine.
This innovative medicine dispenser combines pharmaceutical function with aesthetic and user-friendly design, inspired from the world of cosmetics. A complete part is produced on the machine in one single operation with a high precision rotating mould, then assembled with a 6 axis robot and finally marked with laser.
The project was carried out with partner companies from the Plastics Vallée : SMP for the mould and GUIGNARD for the automation process.
